My name is Sally, a City and Guilds qualified cake maker and experienced chef who has been making cakes from a very early age. I qualified at Birmingham College of Food in 1990.
I love baking and get enormous enjoyment from creating something special for my customers.
When Swanky’s started in January 2011, it was like a dream come true, something I have wanted for a very long time. Three years on and I still love it.
